Bumble and Bumble. Dry Oil Finishing Spray – Review

Lately, I’ve mostly been writing about the decorative products, so today, for a change, I’m going to write about a hair product. It was already in one of my posts about my months favorites so now you probably know which direction this review going to take. It’s about Bumble and Bumble. dry oil in spray.

I’ve only read words of praise about the Bumble and Bumble. products but I never really had a chance to try them out personally. I’m a big fan of the Kerastase products but I decided I’m going to stop using them only so I could try out other products which are much more affordable regarding their price. Now I found a good combination of the shampoo and conditioner but I also want additional care for my hair and this is how this oil in spray came to attention because up until then I never tried anything alike.

My hair is long and I dye it maybe once a year, and sometimes not even that one time. I could really use a change right now, but this is a story for another time. My hair is prone to drying out and it gets tangled very easy. You know the feeling when you comb your hair thoroughly and after 10 minutes it’s again all tangled and I have these small knots everywhere. If you’re familiar with that feeling, I feel your pain. Well, at first you would think my hair looks really great and everyone keeps telling me how beautiful my hair looks, but honestly, I wouldn’t agree completely ? By the way, the last time I went to the hairdresser, she wouldn’t believe me that I have this problem, but it all ended with the three of them combing through my hair for a good hour or so. And, no, I’m not joking ?

Bumble and Bumble. dry oil in spray
is a product from their line specially designed for dry hair. It comes in the amount of 150 ml and the price you’re going to pay for it is €34,00. I bought mine in Boots but you can also find it on the Lookfantastic web page.

In the beginning, I was using the oil while my hair was still wet, but later I decided I’m going to apply it when my hair was dry because otherwise I empty the bottle too fast. When I was using it on my wet hair, it would definitely make the combing easier but it also does the job well when I apply it when my hair is dry. I really can’t find words to describe how good it feels when you apply it on your hair. Your hair feels softer to the touch right away, but like extremely soft which is a thing also my husband noticed ? Then you can really tell that the product does work. And the comb really goes much easier through your hair. So, it really helps me a lot when I’m combing my hair and it gives my hair this slight glow. It’s not the glow like you’ve used a ton of oil, but it’s a true healthy hair glow. I’m not using it every day because if I do, then my hair gets greasy real fast. I wash my hair twice a week and I always use it once when I wash my hair and then once between washes and that’s enough for me. After I use the oil, I barely get any tangles at all which is a big plus. My baby girl also has a problem on one part of the head where her hair is kind of straw like and it tangles so after I dry her hair I spray a small amount of the oil on her hair and she then has this really soft baby hair ?

So, let’s sum it up, I think this oil in spray is great for the ones among you whose hair is dry and tangle prone and you want to give it a bit of life and glow. I don’t think it would work very good with the ones whose hair is greasy because I don’t think you would find this oil very useful. I’m really satisfied with this oil and I love the effect it has on my hair. I know the price is a bit high, but this oil really filled out all of my expectations and maybe even more than that ?
