You need sleep for your body to be happy, you need it to complete all the processes that are not possible while you are awake, and you need it to keep your skin clear and refreshed. You should be aiming to get around seven hours of sleep every night for your body to work at maximum function. There isn’t much that can’t be cured by a good night of sleep. Exercise Is Your Friend

While exercise is not everyone’s favourite thing to do, it is super beneficial to your body. It is important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. But, you might have read this and thought well I don’t really want to join the gym, and that’s fine because you don’t need to. Even taking a brisk walk every day, or jumping off the bus a few stops earlier can contribute towards your activity for the day. It doesn’t have to be a high-intensity workout, just something to get you moving, rather than sitting like a couch potato.

When you exercise, you are also more inclined to feel attractive. Those people who exercise regularly say that they feel more attractive within themselves than those who don’t. As such, if your beauty and your happiness are tied together, exercise is going to be your friend.

You need around two litres of water every day to maintain healthy skin, and help your body through the processes that are necessary to keep you alive and healthy. Your body is made up of a lot of water, and you need to be replenishing this every time you lose water throughout the day. Whether this is through sweat or other means, your body needs these fluids to be able to function properly.

It can be difficult to fit this amount of water into your daily routine if it is not something that you are used to, but think about investing in a bottle.
